Scott Farms
Located in the gently rolling hills of western Kentucky, Scott Farms uses the latest techniques and equipment to farm over 3,500 acres of corn and soybeans.
In order to increase yields, Scott Farms employs techniques such as Global Positioning System(GPS) integration to accurately measure the application of fertilizers in the preparation of the land and to monitor crop yields during harvest. While corn and soybeans remain the principal crops, Scott Farms occasionally devotes acreage to winter wheat and tobacco.
Practicing conservation and land management are the precepts of Scott Farms. A strong work ethic and a love of the land have always been key with members of the Scott family.
